Bruce Goldie

Chief Executive Officer

Bruce Goldie is the founder and CEO of The Goldie Group and Chairman of Electronics Renewal LLC. He oversees the strategic vision of both companies along with his talented management team. Before the telecom industry, Bruce served as the Senior VP of one of Boston’s largest banks playing a key role in its acquisition in 1993. Prior to starting his illustrious career, he earned his undergraduate degree at Northeastern University. He was the recipient of many academic awards including the President’s Award, Sears B Condit Award, and elected to the Honor Society of Psi Kappa Psi, Beta Alpha Psi, & Beta Gamma Sigma  graduating valedictorian of his class. While at Northeastern University, Bruce was fortunate to study under Dr. Henry Kriebel, former 6th president of Babson. His positive influence resulted in Bruce choosing the MBA program at Babson and honing his entrepreneurial skills. 

Bruce, along with Nancy, his wife of 41 years now are involved in several philanthropic organizations. Their passion for animals led them to generously supporting Angell Memorial Hospital MSPCA in Boston. Other organizations they support include Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Hadassah, and the American Cancer Society. He serves on the executive board of several local non-profits as well as the regional director for Small Paws, a prominent animal rescue league. Bruce is a key benefactor for Birth Right; a program that donates all of their proceeds to enriching the life of young Jewish adults. Bruce is also on the board of several hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Bruce and his Wife have three children & eight grandchildren. Bruce enjoys spending time with his family. One of his favorite quotes is “family is not an important thing, it’s everything.”


Kenneth Goldie

President and Chief Operating Officer

Kenneth is a serial entrepreneur and experienced wireless executive.  Joining the Goldie Group as its second employee 20 years ago, he has overseen the growth and expansion of both The Goldie Group and through its acquisition, Electronics Renewal.  He continues to work closely with all major and competitive carrier in North America, EMEA, APAC as well as Latin America as well as SMB and enterprise clients alike.  Today, Kenneth serves as the President and COO managing an organization of over 200 employees spanning over 7 states.  A fervent Hoosier, he holds a Bachelor of Business Sciences from Indiana University.  Kenneth resides in Boston, Ma with his family and supports all of the area championship sports teams.  

 

Paul Levinson

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Paul has 28 years in the Wireless industry (since the industry's inception) and previously served as VP of Cellcom (a publicly traded company on the NYSE), then the county's largest Reseller of Cellular Service and National Phone Distributor representing all major Phone Manufacturers. His career in Wireless also included owning a significant importer and distributor of Cellular Accessories that supplied the cellular departments of Sam's Club, BJ's Wholesale and many independent Cell Phone retailers. He currently serves GG as the CFO. His outside interest also includes serving as President on the Board of two multi-million dollar not-for-profit organizations.


Ali Koumaiha

Chief Information Officer

Ali has twenty five years of experience in development and system design specific to the wireless industry. Previously CIO/VP of Technology at Wireless Toyz Franchise LLC for ten years, Control Data Systems in Detroit, Michigan, and President and CEO of TeknoSoft Inc.

Ali studied at the University of Detroit Mercy and Wayne State University in the CIS and CSC fields. Currently responsible for design, implementation, and the development of proprietary systems, which include ERP system, integrated secure online portal and other custom built applications.


David J. Rothschild

Chief Technology Officer

David has 15 years of corporate experience with companies such as JPMorgan Chase, VFC, and State Street Bank and Trust. Graduated from the University at Buffalo with honors and obtained a master degree with Suffolk University in Boston.  He has a proven record of delivering large scale IT strategies and projects. From the development of VDI solutions to hybrid cloud / on-prem, as well as implementing IT security and controls.

David has spent the last 10 years as the Chief Technology Officer for Electronics Renewal and its affiliates. I am managing all hardware, software, database development, and IT strategic vision, working with a team of employees to bring best in class service and support.


Jason Goldie

Executive Vice President, Head of Supply Chain

Jason, a graduate of Indiana University School of Management, began his career with the firm in 2009. In just a few short years he assumed the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer, having created the Value-Add Services Division which he continues to lead. His pioneering and entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his philosophy of running the leanest division possible. Jason is an avid flyer who is a certified Pilot and often flies himself for fun. He is a crucial member of several organizations which donate consumer electronics to those who are less fortunate. Also, Jason has been working diligently on Boston Police Association; a non-profit which donates its entire annual proceeds to the training and staffing of police personnel.

Regan Koetz

Vice President, Finance, Planning, Accounting and Analysis

Regan is Vice President Finance, Planning, Accounting and Analysis, and has 20+ years of experience across a number of industries in finance and accounting roles, including HR outsourcing and consulting services, financial services and consumer goods.  Most recently Regan worked with a large wireless distributor leading the finance teams for multiple lines of businesses, focusing on carrier value creation.  Regan has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

 


Larry Daugherty

Vice President of IoT

Larry is Vice President of IoT and is responsible for driving new solutions partnerships and overall performance of the IoT division. Larry brings to this position 20+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, Business Development, and IoT Channel Management. Larry brings to the role 13 years of sales, sales management, and IoT sales/channel management experience just in the carrier space alone. During those 13 years Larry won every sales award the carrier had to offer multiple times, including multiple Presidents Cabinet awards. Larry brings to the position an entrepreneurial mindset in his approach to everything he does, taking full ownership of results and finding a way to get a win for his customers, partners, and company.

Joe Murgo

Vice President, Sales

Joe is Executive Vice President of Channel Sales, and responsible for driving channels sales, and business development, with a focus on growing the company’s MVNO, Regional carrier, and enterprise client bases. Joe brings to the position a successful track record of 30 years that includes high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the wireless distribution and value-added logistics services.

Before joining the Goldie Group Joe most recently oversaw North American sales for WSA Distributing where he nurtured key relationships and stimulated strategic partnerships that led to significant revenue growth. He attended Boston University and graduated with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Interdisciplinary Studies. In addition to being a supporter of the Marshall Faulk Foundation and the Jackie Robinson YMCA, Mr. Murgo is also a proud card-carrying member of RSN.


Stephanie Homesley

Director, Finance and Administration

Stephanie attended Middle Tennessee State University where she studied Marketing and Business Administration. She began her Finance and Administration career in the global recycling technology industry in 2008.. After taking time off to start a family, she joined The Goldie Group’s Accounting department in 2014 and has grown with the Company. She  is now responsible for overseeing The Goldie Group’s Accounting Department and is the on-site Director of Human Resources. 


Mike Patterson

Director, Global Operations

Mike began his career in the wireless industry in 1996 by leading the warehouse operations for Telesource Cellular located in Pontiac, MI. After The Wireless Source acquired the company in 1999, Mike continued to head up the daily operations and as well as adding the position of Technical Services Manager. During that time, Mike trained for certification in OEM repairs with several manufacturers including Motorola, Nokia, and Samsung. In 2008 Mike joined The Goldie Group as Director of Operations and has been instrumental in implementing many new processes that have increased the overall efficiencies of the operations leading to better order processing, reduced defect rates, and improved customer satisfaction.

 


Jeff Oberlin

Solutions Sales

Jeff is a Solution Sales specialist for the IoT (Internet of Things) component of the Goldie Team.  He brings 12 years of M2M/IoT knowledge with a combined 25 years of experience in wireless, gaining numerous certifications and awards.  Jeff is responsible for business development in SMB, Enterprise and Public Sector markets and also developing relations with carriers to help maximize their IoT proficiencies.  A “certified” antenna nerd, he takes great pride in his collaboration with our partners and customers to deliver best in class, scalable IoT solutions.
Jeff has been active in the cause for the awareness of animal cruelty, particularly the Samoyed Rescue of America groups, providing a foster home to numerous Sammies over the last several years.  In addition, he and wife Danielle are avid travelers along with being friendly “competitors” in the kitchen.
